Opening in theatres on 3-16-07 is Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon,” The independent feature film, directed by Scott Glosserman, is a homage to 1970’s slasher pics like “Friday, The 13th” and “Halloween.” The project starred Robert Englund ("Nightmare On Elm Street," "V, The Series"), Scott Wilson ("In Cold Blood," "Monster"), Nathan Baesel ("Cold Case"), Angela Goethals ("Spanglish," "Jerry Maguire"), and Zelda Rubinstein ("Poltergeist"). The iconic murderer, called The Boy features a classic-style slasher-killer mask designed and created by Chimera Studios/E. Larry Day. Day was also the Make-Up/Hair Department Head. Soon to be released is the Trigger Street production of The Sasquatch Dumpling Gang,” from the people who did “Napoleon Dynamite.” The feature film stars Justin Long ("Jeepers Creepers," "Galaxy Quest"), Joey Kern, ("Cabin Fever," "Super Troopers"), Jeremy Sumpter ("Peter Pan"), Rob Pinkston ("Punk'd"), Addie Land ("Evergreen"), Carl Weathers ("Rocky," "Predator"), and was produced by Jeremy Coon. The 229th presentation of the Hallmark Hall Of Fame production, The Valley of Light, starring Chris Klein ("Election," "American Pie," "Just Friends"), Gretchen Mol ("The Notorious Betie Page," "The Magnificent Ambersons"), Jay O. The Year Without A Santa Claus debuted on NBC in December and is now available on DVD.
